This week on Wynne's World we meet the ultra chic, beautiful and accomplished founders of LACaKe, Carlota Espinosa and Kelly Lynch. Heidi: How did you initially meet and decide to start LACaKe?
Kelly & Carlota: We met at a political event in Hollywood and became great friends almost instantly after realizing we had very similar tastes and a ton of common interests. We love to share and are both often asked for advice from friends on fitness, skincare, fashion, décor, entertainment, etc. We decided to join forces to create our fun and informative California-centric IG lifestyle platform LACaKe.
Heidi: What are you currently working on?
Kelly: I just did a fun part in a Sofia Coppola film starring Bill Murray and Rashida Jones!!
Carlota: Co-Founder of On Approval, a luxury payment system launching soon that will change the way we shop!

Book: Dorothea Lange – A Life Beyond Limits. Our mutual friend Bruce Weber thinks I should play her in a film?!

Film: Parasite – Joon-ho Boon’s tale of wealth and poverty, works on every level. Best film of the year!

TV: Watchmen on HBO, Country Music documentary by Ken Burns on PBS

Film: Parasite from director Joon-ho Boon is my bet for best foreign film come Oscar time.
Heidi: What are your fall/winter travel plans?
Kelly: New York to catch up with friends, do some shopping, check out a few new restaurants and attend two weddings! Christmas time at our mountain retreat for some hiking and skiing.
