SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Shipping-via UPS Ground within 3 business days

Once your order is received, we will ship within 3 business days however please note that we will make an effort to ship the same day. We currently use UPS Ground. If an order is urgent, please email info@heidiwynne.com for special shipping arrangements.

Returns-accepted 30 days after receiving the order; prepaid USPS label will be emailed to you for the return

We hope that you are delighted with your purchase, however if for any reason you are not satisfied please note we gladly accept returns and exchanges on full price domestic orders. We will send a USPS label for you to ship the item back at our expense. Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders. We do accept exchanges (however not returns) on sale items.

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your purchase. If 30 days have passed since that date, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. Please email returns@heidiwynne.com with both your order number and reason for return and we will provide return instructions. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.

Refunds- applied once the item is received and inspected

Once your return is received, inspected and approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note this may take several days to post to your account. Please contact info@heidiwynne.com with any concerns.

Exchanges-accepted within 30 days after receiving the item

We will gladly exchange your item within 30 days of receiving the item. Please email returns@heidiwynne.com with your order number and we will provide exchange instructions.

Gifts - eligible for return or exchange within 30 days after receiving the item

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return if returned within 30 days of receiving the item. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the sender had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the sender after the item is returned.

Sale Items- eligible for exchange but not return

Only regular price items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded however they are eligible for an exchange. Please note that our special offers/promotional discounts are not considered a sale; because the line is classic we rarely place items on sale.

International Orders - not eligible for return or exchange; duties and taxes to be paid by the recipient

Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders and we are not responsible for duties or taxes incurred as a result of the shipment. Recipient is responsible for all customs charges, taxes and any other charges. All international orders are final sale and returns or exchanges unfortunately will not be accepted.
