Please provide your order number and reason for the return. We will send a prepaid USPS label (limit one per order) for you to ship the item back at our expense, however please kindly note that there is a $10.00 per item restocking fee (there is no restocking fee for exchanges). Unfortunately, as a very small business with limited inventory, we are unable to offer free returns. We do accept exchanges (however not returns) on sale items. There is no restocking fee for exchanges on sale items, and a prepaid label will be sent for the transaction.
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date you make your purchase. If 30 days have passed since that date, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received, and in the original packaging. Please kindly note that items that have been worn and laundered are not eligible for a refund or exchange. We are not responsible for issues experienced while laundering an item.
Refunds- applied once the item is received and inspected
Once your return is received, inspected and approved, your refund for the amount of the item purchased will be processed, minus the $10.00 restocking fee and original shipping fee, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. UPS Ground or Express charges are not refunded with returns, however the return label is offered at our expense. Please note that returns may take several days to post to your account. Gifts - eligible for return or exchange within 30 days after receiving the item
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return if returned within 30 days of receiving the item. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the sender had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the sender after the item is returned. Sale Items- eligible for exchange but not return
Only regular price items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded however they are eligible for an exchange. Please note that our special offers/promotional discounts are not considered a sale.
International Orders - not eligible for return or exchange unless local law prohibits this policy; duties and taxes to be paid by the recipient
Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders unless local law prohibits this policy and we are not responsible for duties or taxes incurred as a result of the shipment. Recipient is responsible for all customs charges, taxes and any other charges. All international orders are final sale (unless prohibited by local law) and returns or exchanges unfortunately will not be accepted.
Shipping-via UPS Ground within 3 business days
Once your order is received, we will ship within 3 business days (for in stock items) however please note that we will make an effort to ship the same day. We currently use UPS Ground for shipping, and USPS for returns and exchanges. If an order is urgent, please email email@example.com for special shipping arrangements.
