DESIGNER DANIELLE FICHERA'S GUIDE TO PARIS

DESIGNER DANIELLE FICHERA'S GUIDE TO PARIS

This week on Wynne's World my chic, talented friend, the designer Danielle Fichera, offers her guide to Paris. Danielle travels the world for inspiration for her extraordinary line and then produces the high quality, beautiful sustainable fashion collection in New York. It has become a favorite of Amanda Hearst and is available on Maison de Mode and Danielle Fichera. I own three of her classic shirt dresses and the timeless design, luxury fabrics and quality workmanship will allow me to enjoy them for years to come. I've wanted to offer a Paris guide for quite some time and naturally asked Danielle as she knows the city so well.
(Danielle) If there is one thing I cannot resist it is Paris. I fell in love with the city one spring many years ago, when my mother and I visited it for the first time. There is so much beauty to be found around every corner. Paris is a city of great intention, and splendor in an understated, yet opulent way.
Coffee Or Tea?
I have both depending on the hour of the day. My favorite way to enjoy my morning coffee is at Cafe Kitsune nestled in one of my favorite places, the Palais-Royal. You can enjoy your cappuccino on a park bench with a view the fountain and gardens found at the Palais-Royal.

Later in the day, after you have lunch at La Societe, I would recommend stopping by Salon Proust at the Ritz Hotel or Mariage Frères for tea. Both places, will not disappoint.

And if you want a bite in between, you can pay a visit to Boulangerie Polaine and pick up one of their apple tarts. You cannot leave Paris without trying one.
