From a cozy cashmere wrap to a luxurious spa day, our Holiday Gift Guide is filled with both classic and unique gift suggestions. This is such a wonderful time of year and finding that perfect gift brings a special sense of joy.

Give the gift of scent- a classic scented candle, like these favorites of mine from Byredo (which Permele Doyle recommended in her guide to Millbrook) and Diptyque (I recently received this one as a gift and am in love with the scent), is always appreciated and makes a perfect hostess gift for a holiday party.

Give the gift of beauty- I've been getting more into organic skincare and paying closer attention to ingredients. Tracie Martyn is truly one of the best. Purchase a gift certificate to her spa or send one of her gift sets like The Famous Purple Skin Care Bag or Classic 3 Step Beauty Ritual. 

Give the gift of relaxation- Aire Ancient Baths, with a location in Tribeca, is like a mini-vacation without leaving the city. Aromatherapy, plunge pools and saunas provide a uniquely relaxing and detoxifying experience and they have locations all over the world. Give one of their Aire Gift Boxes with a treatment package like a relaxing massage. They also offer fresh juices from The Butcher's Daughter or a nice glass of red wine depending on your mood.

Give the gift of pet health- the organic, GMO free line of dog food and treats from Rams Dog Food make such a wonderful gift for the dog lover in your life. I met the founder of this company while out shopping one day. She couldn't be any nicer and I have so much respect for a fellow hard working entrepreneur. I've since become a huge fan of her product and my Chihuahua/Greyhound mix, Jason, and my Yorkie, John, go crazy for the treats and love the organic dog food. As a designer I have to say that they had me at the chic packaging- so cute! Rams makes a wonderful and unique holiday gift.

Give the gift of cashmere- our Isabelle Wrap is unisex and comes in navy blue, slate grey, camel and black for the man in your life. It makes a perfect travel companion and is so cozy and soft. My current favorite for this holiday season is the brick red.

Give the gift of warmth- I recently bought this cozy Mischa Lambert hat for myself and think it also makes a thoughtful and stylish gift. It comes in a variety of colors however classic black is always a safe bet.

Give the gift of fun loungewear- Janie Marshall, one of my closest friends and perhaps the wittiest person I know, happens to be the Creative Director of Suburban Riot. They are responsible for those iconic t-shirts like the KALE shirt that Beyonce, Rihanna and practically every celebrity on earth owns. Janie and the talented team at Riot keep coming out with clever ideas that make such a fun, unique holiday gift.

Give the gift of fine dining- everyone has been raving about Le Coucou, a chic new French restaurant from Steven Starr and chef Daniel Rose that was designed by Roman and Williams. A gift certificate to the Starr Restaurants can be applied toward 34 restaurants in 6 different cities and includes a few of my personal favorites like Upland in Flatiron, Manhattan and The Dandelion in Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia. With so many incredible choices it is hard to go wrong.
